Lovely family restaurant, great food, super friendly staff!

This is a great place. It gets chaotic but not overwhelming. Part of the fun is witnessing the hard working individuals at the Coffee Mug fly around with large orders finding their way to the customers tables. The owner is very nice and always a cheer to talk to. I recommend this place, because with the entertaining environment and great food, a great mixture of homeliness leads the customer wanting more, time after time.

Incredibly friendly people working there at 1pm on a Wednesday. I was literally the only person there as I walked in. One of the best short order cooks I've seen in a long time, I was eating within 7 minutes and got to see the entire prep (absolutely no concerns about quality). I was also pretty blown away when the bill came. Top marks for this little place.

Our absolute favorite place around. Food is great and the service is unmatched. For over a decade, it’s been our goto. We always enjoy ourselves. Effie and her staff are warm and welcoming. The Coffee Mug is a fun, family friendly place. Great conversations, great food and great people!!

Ordered three items this morning, all messed up... cheddar cheese on the omelette not even melted just clumped in chunks underneath brown eggs and they forgot the rye toast, home fries barely cooked... had like three bites, not good

This Restaurant is super! We love the food, the friendly staff and Efie and Mike, the owners. We are always welcomed and enjoy our food. The veggie omelette is my favorite. All the food is done as requested. Lunch is also good. Never have to wait for coffee and we are greeted as we walk in the door.

Great staff. Food was getting made basically right when I ordered it even though the diner was almost fully packed. Highly, HIGHLY recommend. The food was amazing. The omelet wasnt over stuffed. They actually evened it out. One of my biggest pet peeves is too much vegetables and not enough eggs.

Found when a place was too crowded and this popped up on the map. Completely unexpected. Perfect simple menu, great looking and tasting food. And great service highly recommended breakfast joint.

The Mug has gone through a great transformation over the past number of months while shut down during the first part of hhe pandemic! New paint, freshened flooring, new lights, the parking lot is redone, etc. And the hospitality and cozy charm still remain.

I ordered Fish & Chips! It was Absolutely Amazing! The fries were perfect... The fish was extremely fresh and golden brown! I'd recommend this meal... The cook did an Awesome job!!!

This spot is a good old fashioned diner. Nothing gourmet, but everything tastes great. Cash only with an atm inside. Service is quick and they make you feel very welcome.

I'm a diner hopper. I have been trying a new place almost every week to see what's out there. This place has price, the portions, AND THE FLAVOR! It was so great! I had an omelette with onions, peppers, cheese, and bacon. It melted in my mouth! I usually use ketchup, but it would have insulted the eggs.French toast was the bomb. And the pancakes were large and fluffy. Seriously, best so far! Oh and CASH ONLY. They have an atm if you're desparate.

Family run and friendly breakfast and lunch spot. Well-rounded breakfast menu with many daily specials posted on white boards. Food arrives hot and well-prepared. They do not accept credit cards. They will accept personal checks, but would prefer cash - naturally. If memory serves, there is an ATM outside.. I always bring weekend visitors here for a breakfast treat. A solid four stars and highly recommended.

Love this place! Awesome breakfasts and great staff. Usually keep it simple with bacon and eggs but have had folks with me who had omelets and pancakes. Everyone has been thrilled! Even better that its local.
